The login code did not arrive

1. Wait a minute. Codes usually arrive in seconds but some mail providers delay.
2. Check spam and promotions. The sender is VidRocket; search for "your code".
3. Request a new one. Only the newest code works. Requesting again cancels the old one.
4. Check the address. The code goes to the email you typed. A typo means it went nowhere; try again.
5. Work or school email? Some filters quarantine automated mail. Use a personal address or ask your IT to allow mail from vidrocket.ai.

If you opened VidRocket from a link inside another app, the social buttons are hidden but the code works. If the code email opens in a different browser, that is fine: signing in there signs you in there.

Talk to a human with the address you used and the time. We can see whether the email was sent.
