Media Upload Agreement
Every time you upload, record, import, or attach media to VidRocket, whether a photo, a video, an audio recording, a product image, a reference image, or a file used to build a creator or a voice, you enter into this agreement with Hireabble Inc. It is part of the Terms of Service. It is written to be read once, because the same promises apply to every upload after that.
1. What counts as an upload
Anything you put into the Service that did not come from us: files you choose from your device or photo library, clips you record with the camera or phone-to-desktop handoff, photos you attach in chat, product and reference images in the UGC and ad tools, voice recordings for cloning or matching, and media you paste as a URL for us to fetch on your behalf.
2. What you confirm with every upload
By uploading, you represent and warrant that:
- You have the rights. You own the media, or you hold a licence or permission that covers everything you are about to do with it on VidRocket, including creating new media from it and publishing the result.
- Every real person agreed. Any identifiable person in the media is you, or has given you clear permission to upload their image or voice and to have it used to generate new images, video, or speech of them, including words and actions they never performed. Where the person is a client, a model, or a colleague, that permission is in writing.
- Nobody in it is a minor. You will not upload an image, video, or recording of anyone under 18 to any generative feature. This applies to your own children.
- It is lawful. The media, and what you are about to make from it, does not break any law and does not infringe anyone’s copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, or other rights.
- It is not intimate. You will not upload nude, sexual, or intimate imagery of any real person for use in a generative feature.
- The product is yours to sell. A product image used in an ad or UGC take is of a product you make, sell, or are authorized to advertise, and the claims you script about it are true.
- You can prove it. If we ask, you can show the permissions above. If you cannot, we may remove the media and anything made from it.
3. Voices
Voice cloning and voice matching create a synthetic voice that sounds like the recording you provide. Only clone or match a voice that is yours or whose owner has agreed in writing to have a synthetic version of their voice made and used for the purposes you have in mind. A synthetic voice may not be used to imitate a real person for fraud, harassment, or deception, or to make it sound as though someone endorsed something they did not.
4. What we do with your uploads
- Store it so the feature can run and so you can reuse it in your projects.
- Send it to the provider that performs the work you asked for. The list of providers and what each receives is in the Privacy Policy. Some providers route to models operated by other companies, some outside your country; the Privacy Policy names them.
- Screen it automatically for prohibited content, and review it by hand if it is reported or flagged.
- Nothing else. We do not sell it, we do not use it to train our own models, we do not enable training on it at our providers, and we do not build a face template, voiceprint, or other biometric identifier from it.
5. The licence you give us
You keep ownership. You grant Hireabble Inc. a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, store, copy, transmit, process, and display the media, and the outputs made from it, solely to operate the Service for you and to keep it safe. The licence ends when you delete the media, except for copies in backups and logs, which expire on the schedule in the Privacy Policy. If you publish an output to the public Gallery, the separate publishing licence in the Terms applies to that item for as long as it stays published.
6. Deleting uploads
Delete any upload, and anything generated from it, from your library at any time. Deleting your account removes all of it. Providers hold a short-lived copy for the duration of a request under their own terms. Details and timings are in the Privacy Policy and on the data deletion page.
7. Media we fetch for you
When you paste a public URL, we fetch that video or profile on your behalf. You confirm that doing so is permitted by the source platform’s rules where you are, and that you are using it for analysis, learning, and commentary rather than to copy it. Creators can ask us to exclude their content; see the Copyright & Trademark Policy.
8. If a promise turns out to be false
We may remove the media and everything made from it, refuse further generations, and suspend or close your account. Credits spent on removed content are not refunded. You agree to defend and indemnify Hireabble Inc. against any claim that arises because a representation in this agreement was not true, as set out in the Terms. Where someone’s likeness or voice was used without permission, we will cooperate with that person and, where required, with the authorities.
9. Provider refusals
The model providers run their own checks and may decline to process media that appears to show a real person, a public figure, or a child, even when the person is you. We refund the credits for a refused request; we cannot override the refusal, and you may not try to get around it.
