Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) are a binding agreement between you and Hireabble Inc. (“Hireabble,” “we,” or “us”), governing your use of VidRocket (the “Service”), available at vidrocket.ai. By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility and account

  • You must be at least 16 years old (or the age of digital consent in your jurisdiction).
  • You must provide accurate registration information and keep it up to date.
  • You are responsible for all activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure.
  • One account per person; do not create accounts using automated means or false identity.

2. The Service

VidRocket lets you analyze public social-media videos (YouTube, TikTok, Instagram) and your own video uploads using third-party AI models. Outputs include scores, summaries, frame analyses, comparisons, and chat-style follow-ups. The Service is provided as-is and is continuously evolving; features may be added, changed, or removed.

3. Credits, plans, and billing

  • Credits are the unit of consumption inside the Service. They are purchased in packs or granted through a subscription plan, and have no monetary value outside the Service. Credits are non-refundable except as required by law or as described in Section 4.
  • Subscriptions renew automatically each billing cycle (monthly or annual) at the price displayed at checkout, until canceled. You can cancel at any time from your billing portal; the cancellation takes effect at the end of the current cycle.
  • One-time top-ups are charged once at the price displayed at checkout and credits are added to your balance.
  • Price changes apply only to renewals after at least 30 days’ notice by email or in-app banner.
  • Taxes may be added at checkout based on your billing address.
  • Payments are processed by Stripe under their terms. We do not store full card details.

4. Refunds

We offer a refund of your most recent subscription charge if you contact us within 7 days of that charge and you have consumed less than 20% of the credits issued in that cycle. One-time credit packs are non-refundable once any credits in the pack have been consumed. If a scan or analysis fails because of a bug on our side, we will automatically refund the credits used. Refund requests: billing@vidrocket.ai.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service to violate any law or third-party right.
  • Submit videos or other content that you do not have the right to upload, including content that infringes copyright, trademark, publicity, or privacy rights.
  • Submit content that is unlawful, defamatory, harassing, hateful, sexually exploitative of minors, or that depicts non-consensual intimate imagery.
  • Attempt to derive source code, reverse-engineer, or scrape the Service.
  • Probe, attack, or interfere with the Service’s security or availability.
  • Resell or redistribute the Service or its outputs as a competing analysis product.
  • Use the Service to generate misleading content about a real person without disclosure.
  • Bypass usage limits, share accounts across organizations, or use bots to consume credits.
  • Scrape platforms in violation of their terms of service. You are solely responsible for ensuring your use of any URL you submit complies with the source platform’s rules.

We may suspend or terminate access for any account that violates these rules, with or without notice depending on severity.

6. Your content

You retain ownership of the videos and other content you upload (“Your Content”). You grant Hireabble a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, process, transmit, and display Your Content solely to operate and improve the Service for you. We do not use Your Content to train our own AI models. You can delete Your Content at any time, which terminates this license except to the extent we have already incorporated it into back-ups or aggregate logs (which expire under our retention schedule).

7. Public analyses and sharing

If you mark an analysis, board, or scan as public — or if an administrator features your analysis in our public library — the rendered output (creator metadata, thumbnails, scores, AI summaries) becomes viewable by anyone with the link. We never publish your email or billing information. You can revoke a public analysis from your dashboard at any time, which will remove it from the library and break any outstanding share links going forward.

8. Third-party content

Outputs of the Service often reference, summarize, or display short clips and thumbnails from third-party creators on YouTube, TikTok, and Instagram. This material is fetched from the public web for the purpose of analysis and commentary — uses we believe to fall within fair use and platform terms. We do not claim ownership of that content. If you are a creator and want your public profile or videos excluded from our database, contact dmca@vidrocket.ai with the URL and proof of ownership; we will remove the material within 7 business days.

9. AI outputs

The Service uses third-party AI models to generate scores, summaries, and chat replies. These outputs are probabilistic and may be incorrect, biased, or incomplete. Do not rely on them as the sole basis for any business, legal, financial, medical, or safety decision. You are responsible for reviewing AI outputs before using them, and for complying with any labeling or disclosure laws that apply to AI-generated material in your jurisdiction.

10. Intellectual property

The Service, including its software, design, prompts, scoring rubrics, comparison algorithms, and brand assets, is owned by Hireabble Inc. and protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service in accordance with these Terms. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

11. Feedback

If you send us feedback or suggestions, you grant us a perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free license to use them without obligation.

12. Termination

You may close your account at any time from settings. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, if continued service exposes us to legal or security risk, or if your account is inactive for an extended period (with prior notice). On termination, the licenses you grant us survive for back-ups and aggregate logs as described in the Privacy Policy; all other use ceases.

13. Disclaimer of warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND ACCURACY OR COMPLETENESS OF AI OUTPUTS. WE DO NOT WARRANT UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE OPERATION.

14. Limitation of liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, HIREABBLE WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, REVENUE, GOODWILL, OR DATA, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY. OUR TOTAL CUMULATIVE LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM, OR (B) ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100). SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THESE LIMITATIONS, IN WHICH CASE THEY APPLY TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

15. Indemnification

You agree to defend and indemnify Hireabble against claims arising from (a) Your Content, (b) your violation of these Terms or any law, or (c) your infringement of any third-party right.

16. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. The exclusive venue for disputes is the courts located in Calgary, Alberta, and you and Hireabble consent to personal jurisdiction there. Either party may seek injunctive relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect intellectual property or confidential information. The U.N. Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods does not apply.

17. Changes

We may update these Terms. The “Last updated” date reflects the latest version. Material changes will be communicated by email or in-app banner at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the revised Terms.

18. Miscellaneous

  • Entire agreement: these Terms plus the Privacy Policy form the entire agreement between us.
  • Severability: if any provision is unenforceable, the rest remains in effect.
  • No waiver: our failure to enforce a right does not waive it.
  • Assignment: you may not assign these Terms without our consent. We may assign them in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
  • Force majeure: we are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control.
