Charged but nothing appeared
Most of the time the job is still running or was refunded. Where to look before writing in.
The job may still be running
Takes, renders and AI reels run on our servers and keep going if you leave the page. Check the project's list of generations, or Exports; a spinner means it is still working.
It failed and was refunded
Failed actions refund automatically. Settings → Billing → Activity shows the charge and the refund next to each other.
The page did not refresh
A dropped connection can hide a result that landed. Reload the page; the project picks the result up from the server.
A charge with no refund and no result
Write in through Talk to a human with the time and the action. We can see the job and put it right.
