Refunds
Failed actions refund automatically. For anything else, write in and a human looks at it.
When an AI action fails on our side (a render errors, a model returns nothing, a generation is refused), the credits come back to your balance automatically, usually within a minute. You will see the refund in Settings → Billing → Activity.
A generation that completed but did not turn out as hoped is not refunded automatically: the model did the work and we paid for it. Many flows include a free re-roll (UGC takes have one after the quality check). If a result is clearly broken rather than merely disappointing, tell us through Talk to a human with the job time and we will look.
Stripe charges can be reviewed by us within 14 days of a renewal you did not mean to keep; write in. Apple charges are refunded by Apple: reportaproblem.apple.com.
