Cancelling: Stripe vs Apple

Updated 2026-09-11

Where you subscribed decides where you cancel. Web subscriptions in Settings, iPhone subscriptions in Apple's Subscriptions.

Subscribed on the website (Stripe)

Open Settings → Billing → Manage subscription. Cancel there; the plan runs to the end of the period you paid for and does not renew. Credits already added stay in your balance.

Subscribed on the iPhone (Apple in-app purchase)

Apple bills you and only Apple can cancel. On your iPhone: Settings → your name → Subscriptions → VidRocket → Cancel Subscription, or through the App Store app under your profile. Apple's own page also works: apps.apple.com/account/subscriptions.

How to tell which one you have

Settings → Billing says "Billed by Stripe" or "Billed by Apple" next to the plan.

After cancelling

Your account, products, creators and projects stay. You can keep using any credits you have and buy packs without a subscription.
