Credits and billing

Plans, packs, cancelling, refunds and the partner program.

• Credits vs subscription, and credit packs

A subscription adds credits every cycle; a pack is a one-time top-up. Both land in the same balance.

• Cancelling: Stripe vs Apple

Where you subscribed decides where you cancel. Web subscriptions in Settings, iPhone subscriptions in Apple's Subscriptions.

• Refunds

Failed actions refund automatically. For anything else, write in and a human looks at it.

• The partner program

Earn a commission on people you refer, get a discount on every action, and track it all in the partner pages.
