The composed shot: the creator with your product

Updated 2026-09-11

One still of the creator holding, wearing or unboxing the product that every take opens on.

Before filming, VidRocket composes one still of your creator with your product. Every take opens on it, which is what keeps the product looking right across the whole ad.

Choosing how the product appears

On the Creator step, The product in the takes offers Wearing (for clothing, shoes, jewellery, glasses, a hat, a bag), Holding it, Unboxing it, or Not in the takes. A worn product is worn, never held to the lens.

Where it is filmed

By default the creator is in their own place. The Setting field lets you pick a room or describe one; it overrides the creator's usual room for the still and every take. See them there draws the place once before you pay for a take.

Redoing it

Changing the setting or the presentation clears the composed shot so it can be made again. Each compose costs 12 credits.

If the request drops

The shot is saved on the project even if your browser loses the connection; the page picks it up when you return.
