AI consent, content policies and what we record

Updated 2026-09-11

The content agreement, the mobile AI consent, and what session recordings on the website do and do not capture.

The content agreement

Before the first generation you accept four short policies: acceptable use, trust and safety, copyright and the media upload agreement. They say what you may generate and upload (your own or licensed material, no real people without their permission, no deceptive content). If they change materially you are asked again.

AI consent on the phone

The iPhone app asks once before it sends your clips to AI processing on our servers, because Apple requires the ask.

Session recordings on the website

With cookie consent, the website may record clicks and scrolling on public pages and inside the app to see where people get stuck. Recordings never capture what you type, video, or anything on the account, settings, billing, partner or sign-in pages, and they are deleted after 30 days. The privacy policy has the full list.
