VidRocket Partner Program

Partner (affiliate) Terms

Effective September 8, 2026

These terms govern the VidRocket affiliate program, operated by Hireabble Inc., a Canadian corporation based in Edmonton, Alberta, doing business as VidRocket.ai ("VidRocket", "we"). Joining the program — checking the acceptance box at vidrocket.ai/affiliates — means you agree to all of them.

1. Who can join

You must be at least 18 (or the age of majority where you live, if higher), a resident of the United States or Canada, and able to receive PayPal payments. One affiliate account per person or entity. We may accept or decline any application, and close any account whose promotional properties we reasonably consider unsuitable, at our sole discretion. Properties directed primarily at children may not participate, and you may not target promotions at children.

2. Commissions vest on payment, not signup

You earn the program's published commission percentage of the net subscription revenue we actually receive from customers who sign up through your link or code. The published rate may include volume tiers that raise your percentage once a stated number of your referred subscribers are actively paying; the tier you qualify for is evaluated at each payment. The percentage in effect at each payment is snapshotted to that payment and never changes retroactively. Commissions for self-serve affiliates run for the published number of months per referred subscriber (currently 12) from their first commissioned payment.

No commission accrues on: free signups; one-time credit packs and other non-subscription purchases; payments that are refunded, disputed, or reversed; referrals of yourself, your household, accounts you or your employer own or control, or accounts paying with your payment methods; customers who were already VidRocket customers before your referral; or anywhere payment would be unlawful.

3. Payouts

Commissions become payable 45 days after the underlying payment (matching the refund window) and are paid monthly via PayPal to the payout email on your account, once your payable balance reaches $25 USD. If a commissioned payment is later refunded or charged back, the commission is reversed; if it was already paid out, we deduct it from your next payout. We may correct payment errors the same way — any amount paid in error may be offset against future payouts or reclaimed. Amounts paid net of any withholding or deduction required by law are full payment and settlement of what is owed.

If we cannot pay you for 12 consecutive months because information we are required to have (payout email, tax information, identity verification) is missing despite two written reminders, the unpayable balance is forfeited.

4. Tax information

We collect tax information when you join, and payouts stay paused whenever it is missing or outdated. Canadian residents: we are required under the Income Tax Act (Canada) to report fees for services on a T4A information slip, so we collect your legal name, address, and Social Insurance Number (or Business Number for corporations), use them only for that purpose, and safeguard them accordingly; you'll receive a T4A for any year we pay you more than $500. US residents: you certify your US residence and that your services are performed outside Canada; we do not withhold Canadian tax from, or issue Canadian slips for, those payments, and any US information reporting on PayPal-settled payments is handled by PayPal.

Commission amounts are exclusive of sales taxes. If you are GST/HST-registered and your registration number is on file, your payouts include GST/HST at the rate the place-of-supply rules set for services supplied to us in Alberta (currently 5% GST), and you are responsible for remitting it; keep the registration number on your form current. Unregistered small suppliers are paid the commission amount alone. We may require updated or additional tax information at any time, and may withhold or deduct any amount a tax authority requires us to.

5. Real referrals only — and help us verify

You may not refer yourself, buy signups, run incentivized-signup schemes, use bots, stuff cookies, usurp another affiliate's referral, or misrepresent what VidRocket is or costs. We use automated signals (including IP and payment-method matching) plus human review of every payout. On request you must provide accurate information about your traffic sources and identity and cooperate with any fraud investigation; refusing, or supplying false information, forfeits unpaid commissions and ends your participation.

6. Disclose your relationship

Wherever you share your link — video, post, bio, newsletter — you must clearly and conspicuously disclose that you earn a commission (e.g. "affiliate link" or #ad), as required by the FTC's endorsement rules (16 CFR Part 255) and, in Canada, the Competition Act's deceptive-marketing provisions. Never condition an incentive on the sentiment of a review. You are responsible for your promotions complying with the law wherever your audience is; we may audit placements and require corrections.

7. Our brand and creatives

We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the VidRocket name, logo, and marketing assets we make available, solely to promote VidRocket under these terms, and you must stop using any of them when we ask. You may describe yourself as a "VidRocket affiliate"; you may not call yourself a partner, employee, or representative of VidRocket, issue press releases about the relationship without written consent, register domains or handles confusable with ours, or bid on "VidRocket" or its misspellings in any paid search placement (any match type). Don't make claims, guarantees, or representations about the product beyond our published materials, and don't disparage VidRocket.

8. Promotion channels

No spam (email, DM, comment, or otherwise), no pop-under or forced-click placements, no distributing your link through browser extensions, toolbars, or other client-side software, and no sublicensing or redistributing your link through sub-affiliate networks — the link we mint for you is for properties you control. Paid advertising is allowed except as restricted in clause 7.

9. No guarantees — program provided as is

We make no promises about earnings, and nothing we publish is a forecast. The program, including its tracking and reporting systems, is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranty of any kind; attribution depends on cookies and identifiers that can be blocked or cleared, and a referral that doesn't track doesn't accrue.

10. The program can change

We may change commission rates, the commission window, attribution mechanics, payout thresholds, or these terms prospectively at any time, and may suspend or discontinue the program entirely — changes never rewrite commissions already snapshotted to past payments. Material changes are announced to enrolled affiliates by email before they take effect. Program decisions, approvals, and waivers bind us only when made in writing by an authorized VidRocket representative.

11. Suspension and termination

Either of us can end participation at any time. On an ordinary termination, earned balances are still paid on the normal schedule. If we terminate for fraud or a material breach of these terms, accrued unpaid commissions are forfeited and no further commissions accrue, including from clicks or signups that predate termination. Clauses that by nature survive (tax, confidentiality, liability, indemnity, governing law) do.

12. Perks, the partner name, and activity

Partner pricing on credits, the partner kit, the "VidRocket Partner" badge and any other perk are discretionary: we may change, pause or withdraw them at any time, for one partner or for everyone, without affecting commissions already earned. You may call yourself a VidRocket Partner and use the badge only while your account is approved and active; on suspension, termination or a declined application you will stop using both within seven days. The partnership expects activity: log the posts you make from your dashboard. Perks pause automatically after 90 days with no logged post and no new referral, and resume with your next logged post; commissions on customers you already referred keep accruing regardless. We review every partner about once a year and may keep, downgrade or remove the partnership then.

13. Don't poach referred customers

You may not solicit or encourage customers you referred to cancel, chargeback, or move to a competing product, and you may not interfere with another affiliate's referrals.

14. Confidentiality and data

Non-public program information — your commission reports, rates offered to you, dashboards, and anything that reasonably should be considered confidential — is our confidential information; use it only to participate in the program. On your side, any property where you promote VidRocket must post a privacy policy, your tracking may not collect personal information of visitors on our behalf, and you must comply with the privacy laws that apply to you (PIPEDA, CCPA/CPRA, GDPR, as applicable).

15. Legal compliance

You must comply with all applicable laws, including Canadian and US export-control and economic-sanctions rules — you may not participate if you are located in, or acting for, an embargoed jurisdiction or a sanctioned person. You are responsible for the compliance of your employees, contractors, and agents, and for keeping your account credentials secure; activity under your account is yours.

16. Liability

To the maximum extent the law allows, neither party is liable to the other for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or lost profits; and our total aggregate liability arising out of the program is capped at the commissions we paid you in the six months before the claim arose. We are not liable for investments you make in reliance on the program or for the effects of suspension, termination, or program changes made under these terms.

17. The legal frame

You are an independent contractor, not an employee, agent, or partner of VidRocket. You'll indemnify us against claims arising from your promotions or your breach of these terms. You may not assign these terms or your account without our written consent; we may assign to an affiliate or successor. If a provision is unenforceable, the rest stands. These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta and the federal laws of Canada applicable there, and the courts of Alberta (sitting in Edmonton) have exclusive jurisdiction. The VidRocket Terms of Service also apply to your account; if the two conflict about the affiliate program, these terms win.
